The managing partner of the Charlotte office, Adam Whitten, will join a discussion with three other industry professionals in presentation entitled, “Practical Tips to Close Your Cases Quickly.” Adam, along with a Regional Claims Manager, Regional Claims Supervisor, Regional Risk Manager will discuss the competing factors that each face with their respective roles to close a claim in a timely and efficient manner. They will share meaningful tips, success stories and failures while engaging the audience in a valuable discussion to draw on the experiences of the audience as well. If attendees walk away with two or three meaningful, practical tips then the hour will be considered a success.
