After a three-day jury trial, Robert Luskin and James Hankins successfully obtained a defense verdict in the case of Ancrum, et. al. versus Atlanta Tire Specialists, LLC, et. al., Civil Action File No. 13EV018298J, which was filed in the State Court of Fulton County.  In the case, Plaintiffs operated a vehicle behind a garbage truck, and one of the garbage truck’s tires failed.  Plaintiffs claimed they were injured in the incident and they filed suit against the garbage truck owner, the garbage truck driver, and the tire retreader. Plaintiffs alleged the tire retreader was liable under theories of strict liability and negligence.  Robert and James overcame a finding of spoliation against their client and obtained a defense verdict on all counts in favor of the tire retreader.
