Court of Appeals Affirms Elissa Haynes and Robert Luskin’s Summary Judgment Grant

On February 5, 2019, the Georgia Court of Appeals issued an opinion affirming  the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in a negligent security case handled by Elissa Haynes and Robert Luskin.
